I recently got the new blue wings badge for going gliding, but don’t know where on the left shoulder of the sweater it needs to go. I’ve been looking at those diagrams which show all the measurements but they only show the position of the legacy badges. Does anybody know where it needs to go? Thanks!

Im not going to give you the answer directly to help you learn how to find out yourself, as thats a key skill especially as you progress through NCO Ranks.
But go to Cadet Portal, access AP1358C go to page 130 (specifically para 420) have a read of that page then 148 for the exact placement
