When applying for staff cadet in the application forms (Pers form 5-01 & A) it says I need to being something to the cadets like supervisory qualifications. What actually is included in this?
As I have a sports leaders qualification but that’s a far as it goes, so is there anything else I could include in terms of experiences?
It’s a bit open to interpretation and some Wings probably make things harder than others.
I would think that your Sports Leaders qual should be fine. It certainly one be if I were your OC - Where someone is keen to lead sports I’m keen to let them, because I hate it!
