When banner bearing, if l was to struggle to get the banner back into the frog after dipping it for the 2 minutes silence is there anything against me using my other hand to get it up to the appropriate height? If not any help hints on how to get it to the appropriate height. Its is bigger than the average squadron banner by a decent amount.
I’d recommend throwing your arm up and supporting the shaft with your left hand when it’s at the socket. It’s what I do, it gives you a bit more support. Try not throwing your body to lift it up as that is noticeable
If you need to do it, do it smartly and sharply - no one will know.
The “bit in the middle” can often seem a bit loose, but if you start and finish with purpose and look like you know what you’re doing… then you’ll be fine.
