I’m assuming the ACF have them (or are getting them?) and they are hoping we adopt them too.
The badges look like they are for blanking plates as there are tiny.

Christ. NO.
If it gets to the point where cadets need to be wearing two brassards in order to display all their badges, then it’'s tacky.
I already feel the same about Lord Lieutenants Cadets. The double brassard looks awful.
I agree. I don’t see why they need to wear it unless in official duties
The staff thing is really good thank you our staff are never in uniform I may ask if it is possible.
Thank you
No worries!
PM sent.
Personally this is an achievement and should be displayed at all times. I think it is a better achievement to get than the internal awards as it can or should expose cadets to a lot of different people in their local community. If you said you were LLC the majority would understand who the LL is or at the least recognise then as someone important. Dacre outside the club who knows or cares.
“I was the best cadet in the country out of 30 000”
I see what you mean - ambiguous, no context, and not something anyone would ever care about…
I would implement a blue road marching badge. The standard would be simply attending a training event. Then we may actually have some more kids coming along and seeing what it is? It won’t take up a slot, as we already have Bronze, Gold and Silver (in order of difficulty )
Personally I believe the Dacre and ATC75 sword winners should have to always have their swords on them. This is an achievement and should be displayed at all times.
Personally I feel that there should be a single sword for the single best cadet. I am ambivalent as to how often they should carry it.
Bit of reminiscing. Bring back the Millennium volunteer badge. I miss that, and allow it to be worn on the jumper!
Anyone else on here had the elite badge?
According to Whitchurch squadron, it’s still a thing.
