Hi is anybody else having issue with bader sms where all my cadets who are junior and 2nd class are all now shown them all as first class cadets when you choose the cadets option to see your list of all cadets on sms. Its been shown this since yesterday and spoke to other local units which they are shown the same issue?

It’s a known issue where the Digital Team rolled out updates to Volunteer Portal that accidentally changed cadets classifications.
Log it with the help desk of the cadet ID Number, what their classification should be, a d what it currently shows.
so I would of to do a list every cadet id etc? we have about 35 cadets affected by it.
on their classification section on sms it shows correct but not on the main sms list

So the plan is for the successful completion of the exams to result in the classification updating automatically

Ah okay. It seemed like you might have been referring to something that was previously enabled.
If you can get that automated though, that’d be great.

It sounds like it was enabled, caused some undesired outcomes relating to junior and 2nd class cadets (perhaps someone assumed 1st class was the default for a cadet with no online exam passes?) and then had to be disabled.

Not strictly a First Class / classification issue, but I’m wondering if it is linked to the update - before I send it up the line…..
Trying to add a (short) post-event report to a shooting activity (last night) - the EDIT button is greyed out, so I can’t add the details = can’t complete the activity / close it down on SMS. Also means I can’t add WHT sheet to the post-event files.
Worked fine a couple of weeks ago after last shoot. Anyone else had this?
