Just spotted this in the Commandant’s Message in the ACO Announcements section on Sharepoint. Has anyone heard of the Development Trust before and what will it grant bursaries for?

I don’t have time to log onto Sharepoint right now but somebody asked Commandant North Region this question on his new “Ask the Commandant” area on Sharepoint. It was a slightly different answer to the quote above so I think it might be a fluid situation…
