Except scholarships are the preserve of very very few, and this is another cadet force delivering on our very USP. Well, it’s not very unique anymore.

That last bit about flying circuits etc, is that flying an actual aircraft or on the sim? Of the former, I’m surprised that isn’t made more clear!
