He makes a very good point. What do you say to cadets and parents who see the SM posts and ask, “Why don’t air cadets do that?”

Yeah the last one was Army cadets parachuting at APA Netheravon and the reply was:
'there is no spare capacity within the 23/24 trg programme . . . I have asked the team to look at making tandem jumps available for RAFAC in the 24/25 trg programme. . . .
There will be no appetite for parachuting in non Jt Services centres due to a lack of assurance. I will keep you updated through the normal channels

Yes. Expectations have been managed brilliantly and within normal parameters (ie deafening silence).
