We have recently had an Army CCF 4 star staff sargeant join us as it is interested in RAF career.
He is happy starting from cadet rank etc again. Does anyone know what qualifications might be transferable from their training syllabus to ours?
Some of it may be transferrable - but it depends on what modules they’ve done to get to 4*.
Their service record from Westminster would be the best place to start.
