hi all
after some advice really have been a CI for a while and have now spoken to the wing Sqn Ldr about going into uniform. I am an ex cadet from the late 80’s early 90’s and left to join the RAF. Had some basic advice on how things go but want a bigger picture and what to expect at the boarding and anything I can research to help along the way.

How long have you been back in the Corps?
If you’re ok with the massive changes since your cadet days, I’d say go for it. Get out and about in your wing and region with and without cadets, try new corps activities and get to know people.

Speak to your WWO / Sector WO for some advice about the role and whats expected within your wing too.
