I’m a cadet who’s made the decision to become an ACI, while an ACI do I come down in uniform and act as if nothing has changed or do I come down in civvies?

There’s not really any policy to cover this scenario (as far as I’m aware), and really needs to be a conversation with your Sqn OC.
If you’re already a Staff Cadet then you could continue attending in uniform until the process to become a CI has finalized, however as an OC I’d be suggesting to start attending in Civvies and actually starting that transition.

For Cadet > CI this should be processed between parade nights.
Complete the Pers 4-01 & BPSS before making the change on VP
You complete your details, and submit the application as everything “should” be in place ready to submit.
CI approvals are fast, so then by the next parade night you are in theory now a CI
