Hi I’ve been a sgt at my squadron for a long time and I’ve been the only sgt at my squadron for a while and I still am. We have 6 cpls , myself as a sgt and 2 Fs (1 staff cadet who is applying for cwo ). I feel as though I work hard and staff from other sqns always say how am I not a Fs. Any help ? 
Maybe they’re waiting for a vacancy? Do you think having 3x FS is good?
Wait and see what happens if the older FS gets CWO.
