My Sqn is having its Annual Inpection/Presentation Evening soon and as I am in charge of my Sqn band, I was wondering what would be appropriate music to march the banner on to?

Something appropriate to the squadron location, perhaps? RAFC Cranwell’s colour is marched on to Lincolnshire Poacher.

I guess it depends on the formality of the occasion and the sense of humour of the unit.
There is an RAF March and an ATC March, so those would be the “sensible” go-to tunes. If there is a theme to the dinner then that might suggest an alternative tune to use.
