Lol I really have no idea how we’re going to do 30 x 30 as it stands presently with the amount of Admin that +30% will generate and my understanding is that it’s 30% increase across ALL cadet orgs not just RAFAC so Sea Cadets and Army Cadets will also be included.
Perhaps thinking tongue in cheek that its a 30 Cadet increase across all 900+ Squadrons which is entirely possible?
But as it stands - just don’t see it happening with 30% less opportunities and 30% less staff - more likely (I’ve recently lost one, just got fed up with the bureaucracy) and none in since and it’s been a while since I’ve had a CFAV join now.
