Anyone know? It would have been nice for the announcement to actually say why OC 2FTS has cancelled it…
Its only Vigilant Gliding that the gliding ban is for… there is no mention of the Vikings being covered by this blanket ban… so must some sort of safety case specific to the Vigilant??
No money for fuel until the end of the financial year. Because of all of the fine weather and sunny weekends the Vigilant squadrons have reached their quota for 2013/14

Plenty of fuel left just not enough engineers!
Its only some of the vigilants that have been grounded (ones with more than 3000 hours flown i think) due to cracks appearing on the belly of some vigilants.
I saw one or two chopping around at Linton today.
