Have any staff out there ever claimed on the ACO insurance scheme?
I got injured on duty and need to claim, but dont know how?
Firstly, make sure what ever happened has been reported via the CoC. F492 etc
Then, email rafac-hq-allusers-accts@mod.gov.uk with your intention to claim. Must be done within 60 days of the incident.
