Having gone solo at my local civilian flying club (a CAA approved flying school), does anyone know if this qualifies me for the grant of the new civilian ‘C’ wing? I did 8 hours dual and 2 hours solo flying. Thanks in advance.

You’ll need to send a copy of your log book. They’ll forward it to 2FTS for a final approval and issue of the badge

on the assumption Stormy is a Cadet rather than CFAV…

Indeed. Contentious issue with some CFAVs who are PPL/CPL/ATPL holders.
