I’m hoping to get some clarification on this. Are two staff members allowed to date each other? On my squadron we have an SI and an OC that are dating each other, both are very professional and leave their relationships at the door when they are in uniform but I just wanted to know if this is actually allowed.

Sounds perfect! Be happy for them. I know many a long term relationship that formed within cadets amongst CFAV who are now happily married!
If people are behaving like adults this should never really be an issue 
I would struggle to see how what two consenting adults do off squadron could possibly not be allowed.
