Adding o365 email to mail on a mac

Does anyone have an idea how to add my bader email to my mail app on my mac? i get to the bit about adding the account then it stalls asking for an internal and external URL.

I’ve tried ringing the Bader help desk but I may as well wait for a seat on the rocket to Mars!!

You can’t with the license that they have from what I understand.

Both server urls are:
outlook.office365.com
Make sure the username is set to your email address

You can use with applications which use ActiveSync which the default Mac Mail app does.
