ACPS?

Does anyone know if I can apply for the ACPS at 15? I have heard decisions are made in January so I will be old enough by then, but I am still unsure about it.

ACTO 034 states:
To be eligible for the scheme, a cadet must be 16 years old on/or before the course commences. Annex B provides the provisional timings;

Even then, not every cadet will be,
