Continuing the discussion from No1 SD cap:
In ACP20 it states SNCO ATC can only wear no1 Sd hat when in No1 dress however AP1358c 021.1 hats states can be worn when in No2dress ?

Essentially - When in No1s the only hat an SNCO can wear is the SD hat. When in No2 dress it becomes an optional item that is down to personal choice.
