Hi guys, just wondering what type of things to put in a short paragraph about why I should be considered for ACLC?
Does anyone know what the full application process is? I only have a short form for now but I know there is another application.
also if anyone has any insight into the course I’d love to know more
For the application I’d be thinking about your leadership potential and ambitions (it’s aimed at Cdt-Sgt for a reason!), why you want to develop your leadership skills, and why leadership skills are useful (inside and outside of the RAFAC). I’m not entirely sure about the application process but I believe the next step is for your OC to write a bit about you.
Have a search on the forum for some info that might give you an insight, but if there’s anything in particular you want answered let me know.
