The person who was detailed to update our cadet records on SMS - add 42 new recruits as part of our CCF compulsory enrolment - started off by discharging all the current cadets… I quickly reinstated them and they show correctly in SMS but their Ultilearn records have vanished. The user group for our CCF now only lists the 42 new recruits and the older cadets are missing. I can’t search for them in User Maintenance (it just tells me there are no records I am permitted to view matching those criteria.)
In the past, discharged cadets continued to show in Ultilearn for quite a while afterwards. That was annoying in its own way, as I had to wade through loads of them to find the cadets I wanted, but it worked. I’m guessing someone updated it so discharged cadets were removed from Ultilearn almost instantly.
Will they eventually reappear in Ultilearn?
(Helpdesk ticket already submitted, but in the meanwhile I have cadets with exams to take!)
