Nope, used to travel world-wide, never much an issue (or using a VPN for personal security).
I’ve had cloud flare pop up several times today while trying to use learn which was irritating as it then de sync the module I was trying to get through (climatic injuries )
Yeah when I heard about it I thought it was just to do with using a VPN to circumvent country restrictions. But either I was given bad info or it’s changed as I can find no reference now.
Go direct to Helpdesk, I think it is a higher level reset you need that they can do. Then use the Guest mode to change to a password you choose & log back on.
Cloudflare doesn’t like dynamic IP either so if you have access to a fixed IP address (maybe at work?) run the reset from there.

ETA: you could try a reset on SharePoint but it won’t work if on SMS, that bit is borked.
