My question was what form of ID do civis get if they do not get MOD90’s.
Civilians can have MOD90’s, or they are issued with a “MOD Generic Pass”

MOD90s are for RN, Army or RAF personnel. MoD and contractors get a different ID card bearing a code, which I think is site-specific.
This is not a conversation about MOD90s. I’m sure we have one of those elsewhere!
