Not bad, obviously too much time on their hands by far.
Pity about the song choice though. I remember hearing The Pogues all of 30 years ago when they were called Pogue Mahone and being totally unmoved and unimpressed. When this song came out it was always played to be irreverent, but I thought it was rubbish still do.
I think the idea of a Christmas message is wonderful, but the choice of song may raise eyebrows in some quarters as we all well know - it is personally my favourite Xmas song. Hence the smilies.
I was waiting for what is usually - or certainly was on the old forums - the tirade of critical responses - which for once has not appeared. Makes a pleasant change - hence the popcorn smilie.
Well done to the cadets and staff though - I have promoted it through our own media (FB etc) and I would not do that if I didn’t like it. If we were to do something similar I would have just chose a different song thats all.
