100 plus sqn OC

If a sqn OC meets the criteria for being promoted to Sqn Ldr for having more than 100 cadets on his unit for 3 reporting periods and OK from Gp Cptn = scraper ring added.

What would happen if the sqn did not meet the criteria going forward, eg less than 100 for three porting periods or the OC transferring to another sqn? will scraper ring be removed?
ACP 20 only mentions getting the promotion and nothing after that.

I’ve never known anyone who got it having it taken away. They tended to just ■■■■■■ off to Wing eventually.

Substantive Fg Off promotes to an acting rank relative to a role.

So it would be back to Fg Off unless moving to another role.

It used to be Flt Lt due to having served the time by then normally.
