Had plenty of weirdos turn up over the years.
One guy turned up and after the first 30 seconds was asking me if he could see where the cadets change.
He evidently thought they got into their uniforms on Sqn…
His next question was could he help issue uniforms. But only to the “younguns”…
I politely declined their assistance.

To be fair I would hope that in those circumstances even the dimmest member of staff would smell something fishy!

Unless he was clearly taking the I think I would have been less polite and more boot up the backside out the door!
I’ve not had a huge amount of worry with any potential or current staff.
I’ve only had concerns once, and it was so marginal that I almost didn’t say and didn’t know if I was being paranoid… but fortunately when I did other staff chimed in with the “Well, now you say that…”
And we all dodged a bullet there.

Politely dealt with, as I didnt want any situation escalating at the time. Not with cadets around in any case.
