Whistle blowing policy

The chain of command is only as good as the links in it. In the real RAF the chain of command is fluid it bends, it flows because the links in that command move on, get promoted, or even retire every two years or so. So the links are always changing. However the same cannot be said of the ACO’s chain of command. Its rusty, corroded all the links fused together and there’s no flexibility to bend or move because all the link have been in place for decades if not longer and are unable to change or even hear it.
