CCF Contingents also normally have a single School Staff Instructor, who is (usually non-commissioned), and is either SNCO or WO status, but you’re right.
I’ve still not managed to find the historical reason as to why the ATC spent the majority of it’s previous existence in a very-similar mode (ie without ASNCOs…unlike the ACF or SCC).
