What are other squadrons doing to support cadets who are from low income families?

There is a worry about the cost of the Space and Cyber syllabi , and if needed, the quality and speed of Sqn internet access. I know of some Sqns paying through the nose to get decent internet speeds to support on line learning etc. And as you say CWC are being called on to pay for more and more.
