Pay, sorry VA should be back dated to your promotion/acting date automatically.
The move to acting/substantive positions at activities will make this difficult to sort; who tells HQAC JPA what you were doing at each event, or do they pay at substantive and let the CFAV argue the situation!
But then again, will only impact those at Flt Lt or above!!
It’s the bader sms event difference between participant & director. Checked by the region paid staff authorising the claim (which they only have to do for a few claims)
Not had any guidance on when the acting rank would apply, at least not in my AOR.
Been told ‘roughly’ relates to if role has RtL implications then substantive, other roles are acting.
RCO then substantive, Ammo Orderly or FA then acting.
Same with camps, leading activities then substantive, mini-bus driver then acting.
I think you’ve got your substantive and acting the wrong way around.
Directing training = Acting
Receiving training = Substantive
