You must be in SW.
The only issue here is that your manual upload will not report into the tracker that they are using.

In SW myself, there’s no requirement to manually upload any climatic injuries training to our profile on SMS. Just complete Adult Cold Injury Module 1 and Adult Heat Illness Prevention Module 1 on RAFAC Learn.

Took mine several weeks to filter through about a month or so ago - sent a screen shot of completion to Wg Shoot O just in case!
