Can we have that in writing, because we don’t hit that regularly. On a slight angle to this, what about the male/female split of staff; do we have to go down to that sort of granularity.

but doesn’t define what the “best level” is - only what the NSPCC “recommend” (1:10) which is only for a “voluntary organisation” and such presumably is not relevant for a “professional organisation” like a school as that recommendation given is not adhered to every day given class sizes are in the 20s-30 students per teacher.
