The Commanders Guide I was thinking of is pages 1-8 to 1-12 of ACP 18 Vol 3. There is also a higher level Commanders Guide to Shooting, although that looks slightly dated in places (e.g. I wouldn’t recommend trying to get air rifle training completed in one parade night as of the 2021 changes to AR training).
