Even my time at Sqns I try do 25% Staff Engagement and 75% Cadets…its funny what the Cadets tell you that staff don’t 
Also its more fun engaging with them and seeing how much they love it.

Hmmm sounds like a ethos aunty dawn tried and likewise enjoyed the comments the Cadets offered however suspect they werebasked different questions!

I just see it as I want to find out what the cadets issues are to the support the Sqn/Drive Wg Strat… normally I end up being grilled with tough drill Qs

OC across 2 Sqns now for the past 4 years.
No rush, I’m being actively encouraged to apply by people across the wing, and part of it is if it’s me it it’s safe, but otherwise I could end up with someone awful.
Revert to Sqn Officer, I have no designs on ever being an OC Wg, I don’t feel it aligns with my career aspirations which are more important than my hobby, got to pay that mortgage!
