The problem isn’t even with the ones who teach Blue. It’s those that don’t, the Cadets do 1st class and somehow they get the Blue badge. It happens. As for other radio quals, giving the WRCO some discretion is a good idea, but a check of standards or at least knowledge of our syllabus needs to stay. Whether the syllabus is relevant today is another debate entirely.

Absolutely. I suspect that’s the bit that some Sqns skip.
