It’s an abbreviation of the proper nouns ‘Air Cadet Organisation’ in the genitive or possessive case, indicated by the apostrophe and following letter ‘s.’
But then one can write in the English language however one wants, including asking a question with no question mark at the end of a sentence, for example.

Not quite correct, PCSOs get them and they are police staff.
I meant hardworking Police Staff
Detention Officers, Front Counter Staff, 999 Call Handlers etc
They were specifically reffering to the QPJM… which the DIN specifically refers to not receiving x2.

As long as the 2021/22 year was a qualifying year, this was allowed for in the criteria.
We never stood down and ran 3 virtual session twice a week throughout.
