On a slightly separate point. It would appear that the author of the update for promotion to CWO has mixed up RAFAC with ATC
Should point a. refer to ATC CWO and not RAFAC CWO as the RAFAC are made up of CCF (RAF) and ATC.
I think @superiorSqnCadet was missing some punctuation. I read it as āItās not wing policy. Essex wing allow OCs to promote by themselvesā
