Assume he is going to promoted once in post? Or are we changing the role to Wg Cdr level now….
He’ll be promoted to gp capt.
Great to see an officer with significant time under his belt as a PTVR (Part-Time Volunteer Reserve) getting involved.
It’ll be interesting to see his approach.

Massive shoes to fill, but wish him all the best. He’s used to working around/with volunteers which is a good first sign!
