Campaign to restore CF funding to previous levels

There appears to be a campaign by 26 ACF honorary colonels to restore cadet forces funding to previous levels, which they claim has reduced by 50% in five years. Does RAFAC have any ambassadors left to join such a campaign and make sure it isn’t only the ACF that benefits?
