Obviously, I meant that contracts don’t have to be renegotiated, fully get the staffing issues would have to be overcome.
This has increased since the lockdowns. Hand up I have reduced my activity, as HQAC fannied around with returning I got into other things, which don’t need the faff HQAC have made things.

The days of AEFs flying a 6 day week are long gone. Most AEFs are flying CCF on 2 out of 4 days in termtime, and all those slots go to ATC in the holidays. Some fly only 3 days a week. The split is still marginally in favour of CCF (maybe 40:60), although discussions are happening to see if there is a fairer solution.
Meanwhile the CCF is now approaching 30% of RAFAC, and 33% in some areas.

But based on parading time as a comparison its closer to 12% of the total.
