told by the support team that my earlier service would be recorded on VP when we went onto JPA. Well, we have, and it hasn’t!

As an organisation we have maintained two sets of personnel records for the past twelve years and recognise the reconciliation of the two systems will highlight discrepancies. If, post reconciliation, you identify inaccuracies with your record you can highlight these by contacting RAFAC-HQ-AllUsers-Pers@mod.gov.uk. To enable us to respond effectively please can you provide

• A subject line that relates to your discrepancy eg., Promotions
• Your legacy Universe service number
• Any evidence that you have to support the discrepancy

It’s just means your other history was never in Universe
