Last night, I was chatting to a Staff Cadet who was on their last parade night before ageing out. I’ve known this cadet for the 7 years they have been with us, so it was a very relaxed ‘pull up a sandbag’ style chat about their time in the cadets, and the activities they have been lucky enough to do. Is the ACO in a death spiral.
