Your first stop is ACP 020, the personnel rules. That has all the details you’ll need. Get the paperwork done asap including DBS, BPSS and SC and get it to your OC in one go. Next step is an interview with wing staff. Again, your OC should be the first person you’ve spoken to.
Questions to think about: What are your motivations, what experience do yoh have that is useful? Your username is wannabeofficer, why not that route?

There may be some Wing hoops in place to jump through i.e. attending a pre uniform day/course.
