i have to agree - the membership card element removes any impact it might have had, although from a HQAC point of view it i feel they would mark this as “completed” even if those who would use them rate them as much as anyone would a library card

I learnt recently that there is still one Blockbusters left in the world. So again, still more useful than the proposed card!

Not just proposed! I have one in my wallet that has proven distinctly unuseful in gaining entry to military establishments.
There is. It is in Bend, Oregon. There were 2 up until recently, but second one closed in Alaska. They get a lot of business from nostalgic tourists.

Well yes I agree .However the main reason I left in 2018 was because Id lost that link to the cadets (which was always the best part of being in the corps). The answer is easy to paraphrase old Clinton “Its the admin burden stupid”
