Can anybody tell me where the Annex A for ordering uniform is located in SharePoint or could somebody out there in AAC land could pm me so I can get an e-mailed copy please.

Edit: Proforma A (which is actually annex C to AI405) is in ACP24: p405-C-1
Where has ACP 24 gone? It is not in SharePoint anymore
